Super Falcons Return To Nigeria Victorious

Super Falcons have returned to Nigeria on Sunday, after a successful outing at the continental tournament in Cameroon.

The champions made their return to Nigeria amid allegations of improper treatment by the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF).
The Super Falcons defeated the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in the final of the Africa Women Cup of Nations in Yaoundé.
This makes it the eight Africa Women Cup of Nations trophy Nigeria has won, still making them the most successful African women’s team.

Nigeria’s President, Mohammadu Buhari, however described the victory as “very sweet and well-deserved.
